Truth be told, we rarely plate our avocados because it is usually our to-go fruit for a quick fix in the kitchen. As of late, we have been looking at plating options to embellish our table and impress guests. This video was the very first time we tried to make an avocado rose! If we can make it in our kitchen in less then 5 minutes I guarantee you can too.

The trick is to have a perfectly ripe avocado because it will make the skin peeling easier and the the shaping a breeze. All you need is half an avocado, a good knife and a bowl of water.
