Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

We love this drink for an after workout hunger fix or to kick off your day with a vitamin packed drink. We like it sweet with some condensed milk but that is completely optional. Make it vegan by skipping the condensed milk and substituting milk for oat, almond, soy or coconut milk. We love the lemon acidity with the blueberry sweetness. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 tsp lemon juice and zest
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk (Optional)
- 1 cup milk of your choice

Prepare all ingredients. Rinse fresh blueberries, peel and pit the avocados

Add all ingredients to the blender.

Blend at medium speed until consistency is smooth. Add water if you prefer a more liquid drink. Enjoy!
