- 2 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 cups water
Instructions
-
Rinse and clean the limes well to ensure no residue is left on the skin

Add limes and half the water to the blender. Blend for 5 seconds only! Do not blend longer, as the lime will render its bitter taste.
-
Pour the mixture over a sieve or a fine mesh strainer to extract the liquid into a bowl. Press out remaining juice from the blended lime with a spoon or a spatula. Don't press hard or the drink will be more bitter. Discard the lime pulp and skin.

Once the juice is extracted, pour it back into the blender. Add the sugar, sweetened condensed milk and the rest of the water. Blend again for 5 seconds, the mixture will bi white and frothy.
-
Pour limeade into an ice filled pitcher. Add a few lime slices, stir and serve immediately!
