Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped (yes, stems too!)
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp of fine salt
- Optional: 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped (for heat)
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 slices multigrain bread, toasted

Rinse and chop all veggies finely. Don’t skip the cilantro stems—they add a great crunch!

Mix tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl to create your fresh pico de gallo. Add serrano if you like a little kick.

Toast your multigrain bread slices until golden and crisp.

Slice, pit, and mash half an avocado onto each piece of toast.
