Ingredients
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- 1 cup roughly chopped carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, sliced
- 3 peeled oranges (or 1 cup of fresh orange juice)
- 1 cup ice
- Optional garnish: slice of orange
Instructions

Add chopped carrots, ginger, avocado, oranges (or orange juice), and ice into a high-speed blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or more juice if needed for consistency.
