Carrot, Orange, Ginger & Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 cup roughly chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 3 peeled oranges (or 1 cup of fresh orange juice)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional garnish: slice of orange

Instructions

  1. Add chopped carrots, ginger, avocado, oranges (or orange juice), and ice into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or more juice if needed for consistency.
  3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with an orange slice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
