Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½–1 tsp peperoncino (adjust to heat preference)
- 4 fresh basil leaves (2 for cooking, 2 for garnish)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil (for sautéing)
- 2 slices multigrain bread, toasted
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- Pesto sauce for plating (optional)

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant and just golden (about 1 minute). Add the cherry tomatoes and peperoncino. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes start to blister and soften (~5 minutes). Stir in 2 basil leaves. Remove from heat to cool down

Toast the multigrain bread slices until golden and crisp. Mash ¼ avocado onto each slice of toast.
