¼ cup finely chopped Cilantro
¼ cup finely chopped Red Onion
1 tomato
Serrano Pepper (Optional)

Directions
Our Pico de Gallo mixture: Finely chop the Cilantro, Red Onion, Tomato and Pepper. Mix into a bowl with the freshly pressed Lime. If you have a traditional Molcajete (traditional Mexican bowl made of volcanic rock) you can grind the cilantro down with the lime to make a puree and then mix in the onion and tomatoes with a spoon.
Cut, pit and remove avocado skin. Mash the avocado with a fork or large spoon. Finish by mixing the Pico de Gallo in with the mashed avocados. Enjoy!
