Order placing. Order must be received before posted cutoff times for a given delivery (see Delivery options under FAQs). Available delivery date and time windows and associated delivery fees and promotions will be shown during the ordering process. Delivery timeslots are available on a first-come first-served basis. Delivery and cutoff times are visible on all product pages. Note that modified orders are subject to price changes and a change of a delivery date may not guarantee the availability of your desired items.
Price and Availability. Davocadoguy strives to provide you excellent produce at all times. Due the perishable nature of our products, they may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control or quality that is below our standards. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order with the items you ordered, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you prior to delivery (which may include notice in your confirmation email). we reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order. Once you complete checkout, your price, is guaranteed unless you placed an order for an item where we have inadvertently listed an incorrect price. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel undelivered orders for such incorrectly priced products; we will contact you immediately in such circumstances, and, of course, your payment method will not be charged.
Delivery Fee. Deliveries are currently free but may be subject to change at anytime.
Tip. We currently offer tipping options on our website except for subscriptions. Please feel free to venmo tips for the team under @davocadoguy. Tips will be pooled and split among the entire Davoteam. Another option is to provide a cash tip at the time your order is delivered.
Minimum Purchase. Your order is subject to minimum purchase total. The minimum is contingent upon zipcode location and delivery schedule. (Please refer to Delivery Conditions under FAQs)
Cancellations. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for delivery fulfillment as soon as they are placed. During this process we may incur irreversible fees. Therefore, for any order changes or cancellations, we kindly ask you to strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: You may cancel or change an order up to 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. If you cancel or change your order past the 24 hours timeline, we reserve the right to forego any order refund or changes.
You may cancel orders via "Your Account" section. Please see the "Contact Us" section of the Platform for customer service hours. To cancel or change your order: Go to my account: login or create an account with the email used to place the original order. Make adjustment or cancellation and save.
