Avocado smoothie
Print RecipeWe all need a quick healthy morning fix or a great nutritional drink on-the-go. Here is a vegan, delicious, naturally sweet and creamy smoothie which is fast and easy to make at home. Our smoothie is composed of avocado, pineapple & bananas blended with milk and ice. No added sugar just natural goodness to help boost your body! We like our drink to be thick but if you want it to be more liquid just added more ice and/or milk (almond, soy, oat milks are great alternatives to regular milk).

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sliced Banana
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 Lime for zest
Instructions

Cut the ripe avocado open, pit it, cut into quarters and peel each piece

Add Avocado quarters, Pineapple chunks, Banana slices, Milk & ice to blender

Blend the fruit with milk and ice until smooth. For a more liquid drink, feel free to add ice and or milk to your liking

Zest a previously rinsed lime before serving. Enjoy!
