Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta
- Chives
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions

Peel the cucumber and slice it up into very thin slices. You can use the peeler to obtain consistently thin slices.

Cut avocados into quarters, peel and pit
