Ingredients
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 cups cucumber
- 1/4 packed mint leaves
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup Coconut water
Instructions

Peel cucumber. Cut into quarters and place in blender.

Prep the lime by cutting in half and peeling the skin. Cut avocado, peel and pit. Reserve fruit in blender.

Rinse mint. Place leaves only into blender. Discard the stems.

Pour coconut water and ice into blender.

Blend for 40 seconds on high speed until smooth texture is obtained. Pour into glass. You can decorate the glass with a mint leaf and a cucumber stick as a stir. Enjoy!
