Ingredients
- 3 Lemons - yielding 1/3 cup juice
- 3 cups of Water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Instructions

Squeeze the lemons to yield 1/3 cup. You can also press more lemons ahead of time, refrigerate for a few days and use for daily preparation.

Mix lemon juice with honey, water and chia seeds.

Let it sit for 5 min so seed can expand. Add ice, stir and enjoy!
