Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 3 green tomatillos
- 1 serrano or jalapeno pepper (optional for spice)
- 6 sprigs of cilantro
- 1/4 white onions
- 1/3 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions

Rinse all produce. Cut avocados into quarters, peel it and pit

Reserve fruit in the blender

Add green tomatillos, pepper, cilantro, onion, water, oil and ice, blend it until mixture is smooth

Pour into presentation bowl

Plate with cilantro leaves, pepper slices and a sprinkle of finely chopped white onion. We recommend refrigerating before serving. Keeps fresh for up to 48 hrs. Dig in!
